1. What OnlyEVs is

OnlyEVs.eu is a classified-ads marketplace for battery-electric vehicles in Europe. We connect buyers and sellers. We don't own the cars, we don't handle payments, and we don't guarantee any transaction. The contract for any vehicle sale is between you and the other party, directly.

2. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account.
• One account per person. Dealers may register additional staff accounts on request.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — usually with a warning, immediately if there's ongoing fraud or abuse.

3. Listings

• EVs only. Battery-electric vehicles. No combustion, no plug-in hybrids, no hydrogen fuel cells. Listings that aren't EVs will be removed.
• Be honest. The car must match the photos, specs, and condition you describe. Don't hide accidents, missing service history, or rolled-back odometers.
• Be reachable. Reply to buyer messages within a reasonable time. We may unpublish listings whose seller goes silent for weeks.
• Own the photos. Only upload photos you have the right to publish. We'll take down listings reported for stolen images.
• One car, one listing. No duplicates to game the search ranking.
• Pricing must be real. No bait pricing, no “starting from” numbers, no contact-for-price unless you also fill in a real range.

4. Prohibited content

Don't use OnlyEVs to publish, send or solicit anything that:

• is illegal in the country where the car is located or the buyer's country;
• infringes copyright, trademark or other IP rights;
• is a scam, phishing, or malware vector;
• is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or threatens violence;
• discloses other people's personal data without consent;
• is spam — automated messages, mass-identical contacts, fake listings to drive traffic elsewhere.

5. Messaging

Messages between buyers and sellers travel through our infrastructure. We don't read message bodies as a matter of course, but we may inspect them when a user reports abuse or when fraud signals trigger review. Don't send payment details, ID documents or anything you wouldn't want a moderator to read in an investigation.

6. Payments & meeting in person

OnlyEVs doesn't process payments. Cash, bank transfer, escrow service — all that is between you and the other party. Common-sense rules:

• See the car in person before paying.
• Don't wire money to anyone who refuses to meet.
• If a deal feels rushed or pressured, walk away.
• Use a public space or a dealer's premises for handover when possible.

7. Dealer accounts

Dealers register a business account with an EU VAT ID validated via VIES. Dealer terms (pricing, listing volume, refund policy for promoted slots if introduced) are agreed separately in the onboarding email thread.

8. Our content

The OnlyEVs name, logo, interface design and editorial copy are ours. Don't scrape, mirror or rebrand the site. You may, of course, link to listings, take screenshots for personal use, and share OnlyEVs URLs.

9. No warranty

We try to keep the service running and the listings honest, but we can't guarantee uptime, accuracy of seller-provided information, or the suitability of any car for your needs. The service is provided “as is” to the extent EU consumer-protection law allows us to say that.

10. Liability

Where mandatory consumer law gives you stronger rights, those apply. Otherwise our liability is limited to direct damages you can actually prove, and capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the incident (typically zero for private users — we're free).

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes get announced by email to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that counts as acceptance.

12. Governing law

Slovak law applies. Disputes go to the courts competent for the company registered in the Imprint. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
